About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Designer to join our team. You will lead design from concept to completion, designing brand identities and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with a team of creatives to deliver work that breaks through the noise.

What that means for you is that your time here will matter. You’ll be part of a high-energy start-up studio, producing work that’s both important and plentiful.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for brand creation and rebranding projects, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients, strategists, and the wider team to develop work that meet client needs.
• Create brand identities, typography, logos, campaigns and supporting design systems across digital and print.
• Deliver design work that aligns with both strategic objectives and creative vision.
• Present ideas and concepts to clients, handle feedback and refine designs.
• Keep up with design trends and regularly bring fresh ideas to the table.

About You:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand design, within an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand and graphic design work.
• An understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate this into design.
• A self-starter, able to work independently as the sole designer and also within a wider team.

Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and willing to spend 3 days a week in our Belfast studio.
